PRICES

The prices of our products are in Dollars (US).

Tax is not applicable to our products, in accordance with the law.

Shipping coasts are extra and are offered to you for any purchase from US$100 in the whole country.

If you order from a country outside the US, you are the importer of these products. Tariffs and/or other local taxes, import duties and/or state taxes may apply.

These rights are not within the purview of Rocko's Rock Shop™. They are your responsibility both in terms of returns and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to learn about these issues with the authorities of your country.

All orders, whatever its origin, is payable in dollars. Rocko's Rock Shop™ reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of recording the order.

Caution! even in case of non-payment or refusal of the package by the customer, duties and taxes are due by the customer. In case of non-payment to the carrier, taxes and fees will be deducted from the goods the package back, and all surcharges and fees charged by the carrier and customs records. Items remain the property of Rocko's Rock Shop™ until full payment thereof.

AVAILABILITY

Rocko's Rock Shop confirms systematically by e-mail the registration of your order, its preparation and shipment.

Usually, your order will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment, except in cases of failure to pay, or otherwise noted on the product page of the item.

When the preparation time isn't 24 hours, a maximum delivery time is indicated on each item record (especially for pre-order and custom made items).

If these deadlines should not be respected for exceptional reasons beyond our control, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as the information has been known by us.

We remind you that to serve you better, it is imperative to complete correctly all your details and addresses in the form when creating your account.

You can update your addresses at any time and choose one or more additional delivery addresses, to be delivered at your workplace or on vacation.

ORDER PROCESS AND VALIDATION

You specify what products to buy by clicking the "Add to Cart" button associated with each product and after specified the product characteristics (color, size, quantity, etc.).

By clicking on the "Cart" button, the items being purchased are presented . You can validate the entire order by clicking the "Checkout" button.

You can track your shipments by entering the number we have given you the time of shipment of your order on the site USPS on "mail tracking " or on the UPS website In order to guarantee an optimal service , we thank you for always give us an address to which your order will be delivered to the office hours .

It is possible for you to contact us as many addresses as you want, if you want to deliver you, for example with a friend, at your place of work or vacation .

You must communicate to Rocko's Rock Shop™ a complete delivery address and correct. In case of address error on your part or incomplete address, or the responsibility of Rocko's Rock Shop, nor the carrier shall not be liable.

Please note that charges will be payable in case of returning, even if they were available (fully or partially) when placing your order.

The transportation is provided by the post office or UPS, accordingly, no compensation will be granted by Rocko's Rock Shop™ in the event of late delivery. In the case of a delay on a package tracking, please contact the carrier.

Devolution of your parcel that occurred at the time of deposit in post office or UPS, Rocko's Rock Shop will in no way be held responsible.

RETURNS

Our merchandise is inspected for malfunctioning or broken parts before shipping. No cash returns will be issued. Please make sure you have placed the right order before you press the submit button. If you have any question regarding your order, contact us immediately.

If it becomes evident that the merchandise was defective, we will exchange the ordered item if returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order.

The short period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order (dated carrier being authentic). If this deadline expires on a Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

Sending your return must be made before the expiry of that period.

To certify the date of your return, you are invited to send the goods with tracking options.

In the case of a partial return, only the amount of goods actually returned and received by Rocko's Rock Shop™ will be exchanged. No returns are suitable.

The exchange shall be deemed made upon receipt of the package at our office. Rocko's Rock Shop™ is committed to provide products in excellent condition. You are invited to check the condition of the goods upon receipt.

In the case of a damaged or opened during transport package, the customer must provide written notice to the carrier adequate reserves during delivery.

Without written reserves, Rocko's Rock Shop may not accept any claim.

Rocko's Rock Shop™ is committed to replace you as soon as the defective items, provided that they are returned within 14 days.

The returns of Rocko's Rock Shop items are not supported by Rocko's Rock Shop and are made via UPS. For more information, please contact us.
